Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a product that does not match your order or the invoice details are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We kindly ask you to inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If there are any visible damages (tears, cuts, or other signs of damage), do not accept the package. In such cases, please notify us via email, and we will provide further instructions as soon as possible.
If you discover that the received item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the cost of replacement. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing your name, contact information, and a brief description of the issue.
The item must be returned unused and in its original condition to the sender’s address.
The exchange process will be completed within 10 days from the date your request is submitted and the returned item is received.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only deliver within Serbia.
However, we are working on expanding our service to include other countries in the region in the near future.
Orders
Below are some of common questions about orders
When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Every order placed today will be shipped on the next business day.
If you place an order during the weekend (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday), your package will be shipped on Monday.
The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped.
Examples:
- Tuesday, it will be shipped on Wednesday and will most likely be delivered on Thursday (or by Friday at the latest).
- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday and will most likely be delivered on Tuesday (or by Wednesday at the latest).
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
After you complete your order, please check the email address you provided during the checkout process. A confirmation message will be sent to that address.
If you don't see the message in your inbox, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder.

What is the t-shirt made of?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% high-quality cotton. They're soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday wear.
Are the badges printed?
No. All our badges are made using jacquard weaving, not printing. This gives them a premium, durable, and detailed look that lasts.
Will the badge fall off easily?
Not at all. The attachment system is designed to stay firmly in place throughout the day, even with movement.
