All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions).

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information will require a reshipping fee. We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@hookandloopbrand.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund where applicable.
